    I think that it is clothes for horseriding actually.. But i don't know sure. What's up with with Layla's hair? It's like: 'Poof here it is!' Sorry i don't wanna blame Layla cuz she's one of my favorites.. O, and i am from the Netherlands so my English is very bad..

    Actually the Winx temporarily lose their powers so they have to learn to be a little physical and so they wear this sort of outfits. Since Season 4, almost each and every outfit has dual tops.
